Everything has got to be love or death

I want to be thin. This is a documentation of my road to a perfect figure. so here goes.

Breakfast -
an hour and a half walk around the town.

Lunch -
noodles w/
bacon
chicken
baby sweetcorn
spring onions
bbq sauce
(ouch)


Snack -
three chocolate biscuits
(ouch again)

Dinner -
cup of coffee

Extras -
2 and a half glasses of semi-skimmed milk.

Not a great day.



i WILL get there.

i'm joining the gym on monday. i haven't chosen monday because everyone joins a gym on a monday, i've chosen monday because it's my next free day.
