RIGHT.
i've eaten like a heifer today.
two wraps with like four hot dogs on. (the hot dogs are only 29 cals each which surprised me but still that's not good if you have more than one or two.)
tomato chutney stuff also
these goahead bar things
fresh orange juice
an omlette
pasta(398 cals :'()
porridge

GOD i'm a cow. i'm gonna be faaaaaat tomorrow. definitely won't be 96lbs tomorrow. i need to be thin as well i'm wearing a very tight dress tomorrow night.

i'm thinking fast tomrrow until tea time (mum's cooking three course meal for the fam..i'll have to eat it)
which means i'll get more drunk too. good stuff.

also, i'm thinking of doing this: restricting like all the time every day apart from one day when i allow myself to eat normally .because when i restrict all the time i feel like i'm just waiting for the time when i can eat something, which leads to outbursts of eating. my psychology lessons are coming in here; i think that's because if you look at it from an evolutionary perspective, it would have been an adaptive behaviour to binge on the food whilst it's there, because at a time when you've got to catch your own food you might not have it for a few days. meaning the individuals who ate everything while they could would be stronger, more likely to reproduced and pass on their instincts hence why i binged today.

so anyway, i think my day will be friday. becauseeeeeee i'm at my dad's house and he often cooks a big meal on a friday, so i won't feel so bad and i'll be allowed to eat normally.

i think i'll plan my food for a while. this is a long post, sorry
tomorrow: fasting until dinner time.
saturday: porridge in the morning (will have been on a night out very drunk therefore need breakfast)
toast for lunch
maybe a healthy wrap for tea? or my mum has bought in loads of quorn things probably one of them.
Sunday: coffee for breakfast
maybe toast for lunch, or perhaps the last two hot dogs. then i'll have a decent dinner cause...
monday: three day fast! juices only. :D
